My pump won’t prime:
- Check the impeller for wear/ damage. Replace as needed.
- Check the mechanical seal components for wear/damage. Replace as needed.
- Check hoses for air leaks.
- Increase pump speed.
The screen is blank on my drive:
- Check the power: cords, plugs and receptacles.
My remote won’t work. Check the lights:
- Fast Flashing Green – Normal Operation
- Slow Flashing Red – Charge the remote
- Slow Flashing Green – Sync the remote
- Any Other Light Sequences – Disassemble the remote and check for moisture inside. Clean with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and allow to dry.
